1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the jh88 website and platform (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the jh88 Platform, including registered account holders, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the jh88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jh88, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jh88 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by jh88 or PAGCOR.

jh88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the jh88 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. jh88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You must notify jh88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Account transfers, sales, or assignments to third parties are strictly prohibited.
• jh88 reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal request.

All accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. jh88 may request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of the account lifecycle.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the jh88 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jh88 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved payment methods as listed on the Platform at the time of transaction.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200, unless otherwise stated.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform, subject to completion of KYC verification.
• jh88 does not charge fees on standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals. Third-party payment provider fees, if any, are the responsibility of the account holder.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jh88 account.
• jh88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

jh88 maintains a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Any transaction suspected of being connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jh88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as stated in the applicable promotion details. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• jh88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, or collusion, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, device, or payment method.

In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering requirements, jh88's decision shall be final and binding.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jh88 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

jh88 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure genuinely random and unbiased outcomes. Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by trained professional dealers under camera surveillance.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, jh88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players.
• Winnings resulting from software errors, miscalculations, or system faults are not valid and will not be paid.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jh88 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jh88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of jh88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jh88.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jh88 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

jh88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jh88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Responsible Gaming

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonuses and pending investigations will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of all verification requirements.

12. Amendments to These Terms

jh88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jh88 Platform shall first be submitted to jh88's customer support team for resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause shall prevent jh88 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
